At Springfields we take our obligations to our Tenants and Landlords seriously. We only market properties we deem to be in a good state of repair.
We understand that moving home is often a stressful and expensive time. We aim to keep our application process as simple as posssible and our referencing fees realistic.
Current Application Fees for 2011/2012
£75 per Tenant. As a one off payment with no addtional hidden fees.
Please note that should your application fail through information you have not disclosed then this fee is non-refundable.
Other Services
For local tenants who are finding difficulties with sourcing a removals company we are able to provide a low cost service to assist you. Quotation available on request.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Therefore all our managed tenants are able to utilise a 24 hour emergency contact 365 days a year.
